Whether you're actively searching for your next home, planning to build in the future, or simply love seeing the latest in home design, the Fall Parade of Homes is one of the most anticipated events of the year in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Hosted by the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley, the Parade of Homes has been showcasing the region's finest builders and newest home trends for decades, making it a must-visit event for homeowners and future buyers alike.
This year, Brookstone Companies is excited to showcase three beautiful homes in Southdale Farms 6th Addition in Horace, giving visitors the opportunity to experience quality, thoughtful floor plans, and the latest design trends, all in one growing community.
One home you won't want to miss is the Rosestone Rambler. This thoughtfully designed 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers over 3,000 square feet of functional living space, featuring an open-concept layout that seamlessly blends comfort, style, and everyday functionality. Designed with spacious gathering areas and quality throughout, the Rosestone is ideal for entertaining, growing families, or anyone looking for a home that fits the way they live.
Why Visit the Parade of Homes?

- Lighting, flooring, and cabinetry inspiration
- Functional floor plans for every stage of life
- Outdoor living and entertaining spaces
Even if building is a few years away, walking through professionally designed homes helps you discover what you love, and what you don't.
Compare Homes Side by Side
Rather than relying solely on online photos, you'll experience:
- Layouts that fit different lifestyles
- Quality craftsmanship firsthand
- Storage solutions and smart design ideas
- Features that make everyday living easier
Seeing homes in person often gives buyers the confidence to narrow down exactly what they're looking for.
