The Brookstone Companies Team is dedicated to making sure you have a smooth building process and an exciting one at that. We understand that building a new home can be stressful, with many decisions to make and deadlines to meet. That’s why our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
Initial Consult
During our initial consult this is when we get to learn more about you! We will explore in detail the options that you will have with Brookstone.
Purchase Agreement
Now that we have honed-in on your options, we want to lock you in to secure pricing and location by writing up a purchase agreement. We will go through this thoroughly with you, so you feel reassured moving forward with our building process that you are in great hands.
Design
This is the fun part. Now we get to go over selections. From paint colors to flooring and picking out your light fixtures, your home will be personalized with your own choice of selections.
Constructing your new home
Once we have made all your design selections, we start constructing your new home. Exciting!
Electrical walk through
In this walk through you can expect to tour your newly framed home and discuss with our electrician and salesperson your customized electrical layout.
Pre-Finish walk-through
In this step of our process, you and your Brookstone sales consultant will walk through your home and ensure all selections look correct prior to final walk through and closing day!
