We start with what matters most: your lifestyle. Browse our thoughtfully designed floor plans, from spacious multi-levels to convenient patio homes, then select the one that fits your needs. After that you can choose from our growing list of neighborhoods in the FM area, including popular communities like Eagle Valley and Cub Creek 2^nd Edition.

Customize Your Home

Once you’ve chosen your home style and location, it’s time to make it yours. You’ll work with our expert design team to select finishes, colors, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and more.

We provide clear options and professional guidance so you can personalize your space without feeling overwhelmed.

Pre-Construction Walkthrough

Before we break ground, we’ll walk you through the finalized plans to ensure every detail is just right. We review layout, options, and selections together, so you feel confident moving forward.

Construction Begins

This is where your home starts taking shape! Throughout the construction phase, we provide regular updates and check-ins, so you always know what’s happening and when. Our experienced crew focuses on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and staying on schedule.

Electrical Walkthrough

Once the home is framed, we’ll meet with you on-site. This is an exciting milestone where you can see the bones of your home and ask questions before finishes are installed.

Final Walkthrough & Orientation

Before you receive the keys, we’ll do a detailed final walkthrough together. You’ll learn how your new home systems work and ensure everything meets our standards and more importantly, YOURS!

Move-In Day!

The best part! Once everything is complete and closing is finalized, your new Brookstone home is ready for move-in. And even after you’ve settled in, our team is still here to support you with warranty info, helpful tips, and anything else you need.
