My experience from start to finish was my first home building process on the buy side. To say that Brookstone was extremely responsive and catering would be an understatement. They took leaps and bounds to adhere to any request from me, near and far. The home building process was extremely gratifying for me. They did everything in their power to ensure the move was a success. And honestly the best part about moving into a Brookstone home, was the care I received after moving in. They took care of every thing. Did check-ins, cleared my driveway of snow with their trucks, have a ridiculous turnaround time for my small requests and treat me with the most sincere kindness. I've worked with and for many home builders in the market, and a lot of them take a turn after the papers are signed. Brookstone went above and beyond after the sell, and still continue to be in constant communication for support 6 months past closing. I'm grateful to have been paired with such a wonderful builder and experience.

I was very happy from start to finish with our Brookstone home. We have had minimal issues /repairs with this home and anything that has been needed to be fixed has been done in a reasonable amount of time. We are still waiting on a couple repairs, but they have been in touch with us throughout the process. We got everything and more we wanted with our home. I want to add that we are in a completely new Brookstone development so there is constant construction around us. The workers are incredibly respectful between a pleasant wave hello, asking us at times if they are being too loud, to being aware I have young kids who are wandering around large equipment and driving cautiously throughout the neighborhood! I recently had the pleasure of working with Brookstone to build my first home, and I can't praise them enough for the great experience. Kirsten and Miranda were particularly helpful in making the entire process so much fun! Kirsten was great during the initial meeting, she helped me start the building process and helped me understand how to take care of my new home on closing day. Miranda was fantastic with the design meeting, she helped me select interior and exterior colors that looked great together (even if this meant taking several hours to finally make a decision). She also quickly resolved any issues that came up, such as getting my kitchen sink changed from a double bowl to a single bowl on the same day. The communication, attention to detail, and professionalism from Kirsten, Miranda, and the rest of the team at Brookstone was outstanding. They kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, responded quickly to my questions or comments, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to move into my first home several months earlier than expected. Overall, my experience with Brookstone was extremely positive! They made the process painless and enjoyable, and I now have my dream home!
